sastoje od:<\/p><ul><li>\u010cekiranje rifera<\/li><li>Sondiranja<\/li><li>Ispiranja turbina<\/li><li>Provjera ulja u separatorima i kompresorima<\/li><li>Drenanje tankova i boca zraka<\/li><li>Pisanje Log Book-a<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><span style=\"color: #ffcf23;\">\u010cEKIRANJE RIFERA<\/span><\/h2><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Kontejneri za hla\u0111enje ili tzv. riferi koriste se za robu kojoj je potrebno odr\u017eavanje niske temperature tokom transporta. Ovi kontejneri su opremljeni rashladnom jedinicom koja je povezana sa brodskim napajanjem.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Takav tip tereta zahtijeva svakodnevnu pa\u017enju. Uobi\u010dajeno je da se briga o riferima povjerava <em>reefer man<\/em>. Me\u0111utim, ako on nije prisutan na brodu, 4. oficir stroja preuzima odgovornost za tu obavezu.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Zadatak je prili\u010dno jednostavan. Postoji lista sa ta\u010dnim pozicijama i brojevima rifer kontejnera koje je potrebno provjeriti. U slu\u010daju da se pozicija ne poklapa sa navedenom, neophodno je odmah obavijestiti upravitelja, kako bi se utvrdilo<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>da li je rifer uop\u0161te prisutan na brodu. Ova procedura je od klju\u010dne va\u017enosti za o\u010duvanje kvaliteta tereta i siguran transport robe koja zahtijeva hla\u0111enje.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>NAPOMENA!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>RIFER NA SEBI IMA OZNAKU KOJA SE SASTOJI OD BROJEVA I SLOVA. TA OZNAKA JE KAO IME RIFERA.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Pored provjere pozicije, va\u017eno je i osigurati da rifer ispravno radi i da nema aktiviranih alarma. To se mo\u017ee provjeriti putem lampica koje pokazuju status rifer kontejnera (crvena lampica zna\u010di da je uklju\u010den alarm). Ako se na ekranu rifer kontejnera pojavi alarm, obavezni ste zabilje\u017eiti vrstu alarma i obavijestiti upravitelja ili elektri\u010dara.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>U nekim kompanijama je uvedena praksa kori\u0161\u0107enja tableta. Va\u0161a du\u017enost je da slikate parametre svakog rifer kontejnera pomo\u0107u tableta i svakodnevno dostavljate izvje\u0161taje kompaniji. Na brodu, nije mogu\u0107e potpuno se osloniti na automatizaciju mehani\u010dkih ure\u0111aja, posebno kada su u pitanju materijali za koje neoprez mo\u017ee dovesti do zaga\u0111enja nafte i o\u0161te\u0107enja ma\u0161ina. Zbog toga se uvijek daje prednost ru\u010dnom sondiranju kako bi se pa\u017eljivo provjerio nivo te\u010dnosti u tankovima, spre\u010davaju\u0107i tako prelivanje ili presu\u0161ivanje istih.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Osim svakodnevnog sondiranja dnevnih tankova, ovo se obi\u010dno vr\u0161i i nakon transfera odre\u0111enih te\u010dnosti, bunkera goriva i maziva, ili po zahtjevu upravitelja. Sondiranje se sprovodi pomo\u0107u sonde i tabele sondiranja. Sonda je alat koji se sastoji od ru\u010dke i trake, \u010desto napravljene od metala, na \u010dijem vrhu se nalazi teg. Na tegu i traci su ozna\u010deni centimetri ili stope.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Svaki tank ima svoju tabelu sondiranja koja se koristi za pretvaranje centimetara dobijenih sondiranjem u odre\u0111enu zapreminu. Na primjer, ako smo sondirali tank i pokazao nam je 10 centimetara, u tabeli mo\u017eemo vidjeti da su ti 10 centimetara jednaki 3 kubna metra (m\u00b3).<\/p><p>Ova precizna mjerenja su od su\u0161tinskog zna\u010daja za siguran transport te\u010dnosti na brodu.<\/p><p>Postoje dvije vrste sondiranja na brodu:<\/p><ol><li>Obi\u010dno sondiranje<\/li><li>Sondiranje sa ulid\u017eom<\/li><\/ol><p>Obi\u010dno se sondiranje primjenjuje kod manjih ili praznih tankova. Da bi se izbjeglo prljanje \u010ditave sonde, postupak je jednostavan: potrebno je spustiti traku dok ne dodirne dno tanka. Traka \u0107e precizno izmjeriti visinu te\u010dnosti koju je zatim potrebno usporediti sa vrijednostima u tabeli sondiranja.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2503 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tempus-agency.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture3-300x225.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tempus-agency.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture3-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/tempus-agency.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture3-16x12.png 16w, https:\/\/tempus-agency.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Picture3.png 305w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p><p><strong>Na primjer ako traku spustimo 600 cm i kada je izvu\u010demo ona poka\u017ee 100 cm to zna\u010di da je prazan prostor odnosno ulid\u017e 500 cm. Ako stavimo da je du\u017eina cijevi za sondiranje 1500 cm onda bismo mogli izra\u010dunati i nivo te\u010dnosti koji bi iznosio 1000 cm. Me\u0111utim, zbog tog procesa dolazi do njihovog priljanja, a kako bi se izbjeglo stvaranje povratnog pritiska ili o\u0161te\u0107enja na turbini, koriste se dvije vrste ispiranja turbine. Jedna za stranu ispu\u0161nih plinova a druga za kompresorsku stranu.<\/p><p>Za stranu ispu\u0161nih plinova koristi se suva metoda koja se vr\u0161i uz pomo\u0107 turbo blastera.<\/p><p>Za kompresorsku stranu koja slu\u017ei za dobavu ispirnog zraka koristi se metoda ispiranja destilovanom vodom.<\/p><p><strong>Napomena:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Ispiranje turbina se obi\u010dno vr\u0161i na svakih 48 sati, suvo ispiranje je najbolje vr\u0161iti na \u0161to ve\u0107em optere\u0107enju. Ako se ova voda ne ukloni, mo\u017ee smanjiti kvalitetu goriva i dovesti do o\u0161te\u0107enja ure\u0111aja koji koriste to gorivo.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Nakon \u0161to se gorivo bunkeri\u0161e, skladi\u0161ti se u rezervoarima za gorivo. Zatim se pomo\u0107u transfer pumpe prebacuje u settling tankove. Iako se princip rada i dijelovi kompresora uglavnom podudaraju, glavna razlika me\u0111u njima je broj cilindara, odnosno broj faza koje su im potrebne da postignu odre\u0111eni pritisak.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Kompresor koji se koristi za stvaranje startnog zraka sa pritiskom od 30 bara je trostepeni kompresor. Ovaj kompresor ima ukupno 4 cilindra, od kojih su 2 cilindra namijenjena prvom stepenu, dok po jedan cilindar slu\u017ei za drugi i tre\u0107i stepen kompresije.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>U prvom stepenu, kompresor usisava zrak iz okoline kroz dva vazdu\u0161na filtera, a zatim ga kompresuje u naredne dvije faze kako bi se postigao kona\u010dni pritisak od 30 bara. Va\u017eno je napomenuti da se zrak hladi nakon svake faze kompresije. Pritisak tog ulja je pra\u0107en uz pomo\u0107 transmitera niskog pritiska ulja koji u slu\u010daju da dodje do pada pritiska na istom mo\u017ee pogasiti kopresor.<\/p><p>Bitan detalj je da kondenzat koji se stvara u kompresoru u sebi sadr\u017ei ulje i vodu koja nastaje u toku rada kompresora. Taj kondenzat se sakuplja poslije svakog stepena u tanku za sakupljanje kondenzata.<\/p><p>Kondenzat se drena preko drein linije. Solenoid i drein ventili su ugra\u0111eni u drein liniju za svaki separator. Solenoid ventili moraju biti otvoreni kada kompresor ne radi. Ovi cilindri su direktno povezani sa elektri\u010dnim hidrauli\u010dnim pumpama koje stvaraju hidrauli\u010dki pritisak kroz cijevi.<\/p><p>Ovo polje hidrauli\u010dkog pritiska koje je prisutno u pumpama daje kretanje hidrauli\u010dnim cilindrima, \u0161to zauzvrat odgovara aktuatoru koji djeluje na kormilo.<\/p><p>Svim tim pokretnim dijelovima i stazama je potrebno podmazivanje ma\u0161\u0107u. Obi\u010dno na novim brodovima postoji pumpa koja radi automatski pa bi je samo trebalo dopunjavati. Za operaciju bunkerisanja postoji cijela procedura koju je potrebno ispuniti. Te procedure se u ve\u0107inskom dijelu ti\u010du sigurnosti.<\/p><p>Procedura se sastoji od 3 sljede\u0107e operacije:<\/p><ul><li>Operacije prije po\u010detka<\/li><li>Operacije u toku<\/li><li>Operacije poslije<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u0160to se ti\u010de operacija prije bunkera, one obuhvataju pripremu svih neophodnih dokumenata, pripremu bunker linija i povezivanje creva sa bunker bar\u017eama ili cistjernama.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Kada je rije\u010d o dokumentima za bunker operacije, oni uklju\u010duju sondiranje prije bunkera, sigurnosne liste i dokumentaciju potrebnu za slanje uzoraka goriva na analizu, \u0161to uklju\u010duje pripremu bo\u010dica za uzimanje uzoraka.<\/p><p>Sondiranje prije bunkera je obavezno radi ta\u010dnog mjerenja koli\u010dine goriva, \u0161to omogu\u0107ava precizno izra\u010dunavanje ukupne koli\u010dine bunkerisanog goriva.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Sigurnosna lista sadr\u017ei informacije o koli\u010dini goriva koja \u0107e se prenijeti u odre\u0111ene tankove, \u0161to odre\u0111uje upravitelj. Na ovoj listi se tako\u0111e upisuju \u010dlanovi posade koji \u0107e u\u010destvovati u operaciji bunkera.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Sve ove pripreme su klju\u010dne kako bi se osiguralo sigurno, ta\u010dno i efikasno bunkerisanje goriva na brodu. Posljednji korak u postupku je popuniti naljepnicu na bocama za semple i staviti silove na iste, potom sve to staviti u kovertu koja je obezbije\u0111ena od strane firme.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Za pripremu linije za bunker zadu\u017een je 4. oficir makine. Svi ure\u0111ai, pumpe i tankovi su ozna\u010dene crte\u017eom a pored crte\u017ea stoji njihov naziv kako bi znali ta\u010dno o \u010demu se radi. Kod ventila toga nema, stoga je slika broj 18 jako va\u017ena i na njoj su prikazane sve vrste ventila.<\/p><p><br \/>Jednom kada se nau\u010de \u010ditati \u0161eme tada pravljenje tranfera postaje jednostavno. Dio tih dokumenata se \u0161alje kompaniji, dok se neki od njih \u010duvaju na brodu.<\/p><p>Kako bi se pravilno pratila potro\u0161nja ulja i hemikalija na brodu, neophodno je redovno provjeravati njihove zalihe na kraju svakog mjeseca. Sva manja ulja i hemikalije trebaju biti pa\u017eljivo odvojena i smje\u0161tena na jednom mjestu, \u0161to olak\u0161ava njihovo brojanje i pra\u0107enje. Kada vas je zvao de\u017eurni oficir sa mosta kako bi vam dao jedan sat do manovre njegova du\u017enost je bila da vam ka\u017ee da li su mu potrebni bow trasteri. Ukoliko jesu va\u0161a du\u017enost jeste da zagrijete i ubacite tri generator u mre\u017eu koji na novim brodovima slu\u017ee kao preduslov za startovanje bow trastera.<\/p><p>Nakon startovanja pomocnih motora, boilera i otvaranja grijanja potrebno je drenati boce zraka i obi\u0107i kompletnu makinu kako bi se uvjerili da je pogon spreman za manevrisanje.<\/p><p>Jednom kada se pilot ukrcao na brod sa mosta \u0107e dati komandu stendby engine koju \u0107e mo isto tako upisati u <em>bell book<\/em>.<\/p><p>Ta komanda zna\u010di da manovra po\u010dinje te je potrebno uzeti kauntere kako bi se napisao riport.<\/p><p>Od tog trenutka de\u017eurni oficir prati parametre poput temperature ko\u0161uljica, ispu\u0161nih plinova, ulja na generatorima i td.<\/p><p>Jednom kada je manovra gotova komanda sa mosta je FWE ili finish with engine, \u0161to zna\u010di da je manovra gotova pa je potrebno ponovo uzeti kauntere i raspremiti makinu.<\/p><p>Raspremiti makinu zna\u010di, ugasiti pomo\u0107ne motore koji nisu potrebni, ubaciti prekret, zatvoriti startni zrak i otvoriti pipce na glavnoj makini.<\/p><p>A kada brod izlazi iz luke procedura je slede\u0107a, na jedan sat do manovre de\u017eurni oficir obavjestava upravitelja pa potom preduzima slede\u0107e korake.
